The Annual Golden Turtle Award Presented
to Larry Maholland

The 2020 Golden Turtle Award for an individual was presented to Larry Maholland. Larry served as the St. Charles finance Director, the first City Administrator, a driving force in the creation of the First Street Development and played a key role in the formation of the River Corridor Foundation as a Director. Larry was presented with this Award for his leadership in those roles.

River Corridor Foundation Board meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month from 7:30 AM until 9:00 AM at
